It was fine until it wasn't. I've had the app for over a year now and it was great. But as of the last few months, EVERY time I open the app to use it, it says there's a "newer version" available and forces me to update it. It super annoying. Also, the check in process could be smoother. You check in, and it doesn't always tell you you're actually checked in. You just do it an hope for the best.

2022 For years the app showed "No wait" for all the locations in the area, 100% of the time. Even when there absolutely is a wait. As much as 20 minI like being able to join the wait list and check in without waiting in the line, but not having a functional estimation is inconvenient. Sometimes if it's too long, and you're on a schedule it can be a risk to go. 2024 It shows wait times. Most often the join button in the app goes dark, nothing happens, and host says it didn't go through. Worse.

We usually order side items such as a vegetable to go with the main dishes. The app has the main items, but I cannot order side dishes such as vegetables in it. I have to still call the location to get asparagus, broccoli, or other items. I know veggies can sometimes be seasonal, but some other companies' apps have an option to request a veggie with secondary selection if not available.
