I like Menards. I actually like going to this store! However, their store pickup, and their shipping options could be vastly improved. Store pickup cost me $7 more and I was still required to go throughout the store and pick over half of the items in my order, myself! Shipping something with Menards? Be prepared to pay. I had to add $37.50 to my total, for shipping 2 stair rails that were otherwise unavailable. My experience was not customer-centric at all. Menards, please improve this!

**PLEASE!!! Fix the shopping cart. It was adjusting quantities on its own. Now shopping cart items don't save. It's useless as is. Menards is great. App, not so much. Item quantities multiply in the shopping cart. If I add 5 items, for example, and don't clear them within a couple days, soon are 10, then 40, then 400! Search engine is too broad. Entering a specific item description can bring up hundreds of items from different departments that have nothing to do with the description I entered.

App stopped working, and when it was working, it kept giving me error messages and stopped working, despite clearing cache and data. And Menards can be a nightmare to shop unless you know exactly where the items are. The app, when it was working, only showed the general area an item might be. That means it could be in that aisle, or the next one over.
