When it works, it's pretty great. The issue is that the app does not make you update before starting the order. Then, after updating, it still will not allow you to complete the order. I attempt to check out, and it gives me error messages. "Breakfast options not available" at 8 am. Took the breakfast items off and then "unable to complete order." It's a crapshow of an app.

Imagine being a mega-corporation that makes a gazillion dollars a year selling cheap fast food to the poors, but you can't be bothered to make an application that works. No matter how many times you update it, restart it, or reinstall it, this app never accepts your order and never tells you why. Just "uh oh! Something went wrong!" Hey! The year 2000 called and wants its vague, unhelpful error messages back!

When an item is unavailable at a store I am attempting to order from TELL ME WHICH ITEM IT IS! Don't make me guess. You know there's a problem with an item so identify it. Otherwise I'll just cancel my whole order. I don't need to play these guessing games. And now I can't place orders at all because all locations are saying that they have no pickup times. And it looks like several people are having this problem. What's even the point of this app?
