Tessa and Jackson had a summer romance. They both went their separate ways for 10 years. When Jackson has a chance to revisit Tessa and see if the love is still there he takes it. He shows up with a film crew and a surprise for Tessa. Things may not spark up right away but soon the chemistry is back. I won't give it all away but watching them fall was fun and romantic. There was plenty of witty banter, steam, lots of laughs, and a HEA. Ms Monroe can write a rom-com you won't forget.

The Hollywood Marriage Bargain is the latest from Lila Monroe and once again she didn't disappoint. Are you a fan of second chance romance with a sliver of fake romance woven in? Then this is the book for you! It checks off a lot of the warm fuzzies for me, especially the guy chasing the girl. Jackson has been re-evaluating life and realizing his one shot at true love just might have been with his summer fling from ten years ago. Perfect book from end to end!

When fate puts them in one another’s path again, Jackson is determined to prove to Tessa that he is worth taking a chance on. However Tessa has bult walls and he will have a hard time penetrating them. The chemistry is just as intense as it once was and when circumstances mean that Tessa needs Jackson’s help, he leaps at the chance. I fell hard and fast for Jackson, I loved his determination to prove to Tessa that he is the man for him. This was a wonderful story that left me with a smile.
