Harlen and Kendall seem to be an unlikely pairing! And really, they know nothing about the other, yet, they end up married. His reasoning is straightforward, she has some secrets to keep. Regardless, the more they spend time together, the more the attraction between them grows. Love how they instinctively know what the other hides from the world, even if they don’t have the reasoning for it. These two definitely deserve the happiness they get, and Zeke and Belinda are simply wonderful <3

Lovely prose and emotions flow through the pages as the story of Kendall and Harlan enfolds. Even as her past chases her, Kendall finds what she has truly wanted in Harlan. He is mesmerized by her and finds his stalwart personality softening. A lovely, lyrical story. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

The Cowboy's Mail-Order Bride by Megan Crane. The first book in The Careys of Cowboy Point series. Once I got into the book I totally enjoyed the storyline. I ended reading about Harlan, his family, Kendall and the problems with her family. Looking forward to reading the rest of this series.
