App still requires a lot of work. Tried to purchase a product and could not proceed to the payment option after entering my details despite multiple attempts to restart my order and my app. Occasionally, it would redirect back to the previous screen/tab. This happened as I was trying to confirm my trade-in device and ended up getting charged twice from Asurion as a result. Chat assist is also difficult to access. Chat tab on bottom was different to the live chat I had going during this issue.

This app is a joke. Half the products are not listed at all. Many pages are just blank, including preferences and the product page (so good luck buying anything). There's no way to change language independent of region and some buttons (like account) just launch links in your browser, instead of staying in the app. All that on a Samsung phone, by the way. Did I accidentally get a pitch demo version? Because the state of the app doesn't even qualify it as "beta".

I am totally disappointed with your 'shop' app. I try to open the app and all I can get is a white background with the 'shop' logo in the centre. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was unable to close the app without resorting to turning my device off and back on again. I have no idea what the problem is or it's cause. Wed 8th May 2024. I was in Samsung members after a smart phone, and saw this app so I gave it another chance, but after installing it, the app worked for a few mins then switched off
