The free download provides a good structure to aide in kicking the habit. It's been useful praising early achievements and encouraging continuation to stay quit. I'm sure the Pro version is even better, but as someone genuinely committed to stop smoking, I don't think I'll pesonally need the upgrade. This one is fine. Hope everyone finds the success they need to quit either here or elsewhere. Stay strong.

I personally would recommend this for someone who is nerotypical, but as someone with audhd I wouldn't really recommend it as much. For me, this app isn't good for a number of reasons. The information on the app is limited without payments, I barely understand how the app works, and also, it's not great if you're slowly starting to quit. But overall, it seems like a great app it just didn't work for me.

Can't figure it out had this app before and it was easy to use but not now. It used to have an analysis section where you had to log your smoking habits but there seems to be nothing more than your own will power. This is nothing more than quitting on your own, why do you need an app for that. At least the old app timed your smokes and cut you off gradually this seems cold turkey.

Hi Robert. Sorry to hear that you're finding the app difficult to use, we appreciate the feedback. You can still log your smoked cigarettes in the app but we don't offer a "cutting down" method. You can also log your triggers and add notes about your habits. Please get in touch and we can share tutorials support@smokefreeapp.com
