In app, not a single option is working. On call to the agent, I got response that other users also facing same issues. Backend team is working, meanwhile please keep checking app if you able to pay. What a ridiculous reply. Means we are free to check application is working or not. Pathetic experience ever.

Updated app a few moments ago. Update log mentions new abilities for using credit card for bill payment, funds transfer etc. Didn't see any such option. ( FYI, I hold JS credit card as well as a regular bank account). Just simply explain here how to pay bill via credit card. Don't go asking for email. Read this and reply, simple.

Unable to add any beneficiary. Tried multiple times to add KE, kuickpay and 1 bill beneficiary but nothing appears in beneficiary management although i get confirmation through sms that beneficiary has been successfully added. Also OTPs are never received in first attempt. I have to wait for 2 min each time i tried to add beneficiary and after pressing resend, code generates instantly.
