Ratings and reviews

I now own 2-sets of the Alexa earbuds and can clearly state, if the case isn't charged, you'll have problems with the earbuds. Forget trusting a charge of the earbuds from the case more than twice, without plugging in the case. The earbuds won't even respond. A quick plugin, the case activates the earbuds and seems to remember it'll have another small charge to give you.

App getting worse with each update. Devices don't update in-app. Syncing across multiple Alexa devices and other amazon apps (music) is amateur. The UI is difficult to navigate and not at all seamless with all amazon & Compatible products and smart home devices. Lights don't update in the app when on or off. Will start moving things over to Google if they don't get better.

A Little Buggy She only gets about 80 percent of what I say. But the biggest issue is that motion routines will only turn on lights. It will not turn them off. I found this issue is more than a year old. I have tried every fix that I found online. None of them have worked. It's a real disappointment that Amazon has not fixed it yet. All of my devices updated last night... Non Motion still will not turn off the lights. I can play the routine and it works. It is affecting all brands of sensors
