Ratings and reviews

Discord used to be good, and everything was easily accessible. Now it's completely unintuive and takes twice as long to find anything and even longer to actually get to it. 0 stars if possible. 6 Month Update: Giving back 2 stars for the recent update. My friends list is back where it belongs, which is a step in the right direction. There are still a couple of settings and UI issues that need to be reversed. The major one is being able to swipe left to see who's on a server.

Discord is great, but only if you use it through the browser or web app. The mobile app? Every update sucks more and more. The formatting is constantly changing leading you to get used to one way of navigation and therefore taking a lot longer when a new one is inevitably added because the mobile app literally cannot stay in one format for any longer than a few months. STICK TO WHAT EVERYONE LIKED AND STOP CHANGING IT TO TRY TO BE "new" and "innovative". It doesn't work. It just frustrates.

While it is my main form of communication on mobile, this is one of the most poorly developed apps, if not THE worst I have seen in my life. The gallery pop up bugs out randomly and is only solved by switching between landscape and portrait mode. The same happens when viewing a picture in general. Along with that the send button sometimes doesn't show up, forcing you to restart the app. Also another restart requirement is when you CANT OPEN DMS AT ALL. Really really really awful app.
