Worst app from Tata. Login takes years and then you get sorry for the inconvenience or couldn't be able to connect to the server message. Once you inside, changing tab is like working on a 2004 desktop with 256mb Ram. Payment failure, slaggyness and the list continues. The motive and functionality of the app is awesome tho, just need some attention. That's all. Kindly look into it asap.

It will be good for paying the bills if we can add in one app have at least 5 connection. The problem is that if a customer have 5 or more connection then he can add only 2 connection in app for which for other connections he have to login in website. Which is irritating. I request to change my service address connection in which we add consumer number to more numbers for multiple connection holder.

What a hopeless version of the App from TATA... Even after enabling touch I'd from app setting using consumer I'd, mobile number and OTP for further login by using touch id, this version is not enabling the touch id facility permanently and whenever I used to login to the app it asks me to login by consumer number again. This apart many issues are there in new version. Simply I will call this app a "BLUNDER"
