Aside from the built in web browser (which is absolute garbage) that you have to use for no good reason. The service is good and does exactly what it is supposed to. However, I cannot say enough bad things about the built in browser. It's slow, gets stuck in infinite loads, forces you to close out and try again multiple times before actually working, most of the time your cart is not saved and you have to reenter everything, and, my personal favorite, drops connection when you go to pay.

App is very easy to use. Didn't give me any trouble trying to purchase something up to my $200 credit limit, which is what you get when you start... There's an optional, bigger credit limit with a bigger down payment (not a definite option). There was no impact to my credit score in a negative way so far. Bi-weekly payment options... I would definitely recommend this for anybody else!

I love Zip but recently the app has been complete garbage. It signs me out every time I close the app, if I can even sign in to begin with. It'll say it's a new device and needs my phone number to send a code, only the code is never sent, even after waiting over a minute, hitting Resend Code and waiting another minute. If by some miracle, I get the code and log in, I can only view my past orders. The "Home" tab is an endless loading screen so I can't even pay using Zip for a future order.
