Useless when reinstalling. I had to remove and reinstall it on my cell phone, but though it found my backup file it insists I'm using a new phone and requires me to "scan a QR code" from my "old phone" to receive access. It's the same phone, there is nothing to scan! It doesn't provide the option for the same phone! Nor can I access my workplace's IT support as Duo disabled that option! I'm unable to get into my work email to access time-sensitive material nor contact IT!

App was just average, no issues what so ever on my end. However, they removed the one tap feature, where when you try to login, all you have to do is tap accept. Now, you have to type in the security code every single time you try to login, which is frankly annoying. Why remove the one tap login feature, what made the app good just went away.

My old phone was dropped and screen is broke and unusable. The app is set up in such a way you can't transfer to a new phone without the old. Looks like the developers didn't think this through. The app itself gives you no kind of option to put your work email in and wants to automatically search my Gmail which is not registered under for my account. Microsoft authenticator for my other client was so much easier to transfer. Duo needs to be better.
