Was not able to use app. I attempt to add 2 separate credit cards and a debit card to the app to purchase a ticket. The app would not allow me to add any of them. Waited in line for 20 min instead.

Trying to sign in - I created an account in order to purchase passes for Emma Long last Sunday - and today app would not allow me to sign in what so ever. I understand the benefit of using technology but when it does NOT WORK as your current Google rating reflects. Very frustrating.

I open the app and immediately get an error "Sorry. An error occurred and we've not been able to process your request. Please try again later and contact our customer support if the problem persists. " I was hoping this was an upgrade from the archaic systems and websites the City of Austin has tried to implement over the past year. Use the website, not the app. The newer website is a huge improvement to the qr code driven monstrosity they had at the beginning of the summer.
