I don't tend to review apps very often, but the Kohls app is absolutely horrible, to the point that I hardly use it anymore. Like others have said, it freezes multiple times in a single session, never wants to let me add or edit things in my cart, and navigation is terrible. Pressing any button almost always just sends you back to the main page. It's been this way for a while now, and the issues don't seem to be getting addressed, which is a shame.

Always crashes, freezes causing me to ALWAYS have to force close app and restart it. Its very slow! Constantly makes you log back in! And if you click on a catagory, click on a item on the list then click bacj to go to the catagory list of itema, its takes you BACK to the home screen. Constaly get "unable to add item to cart", which is OFTEN!! Almost as if they dont want you to BUY ANYTHING. Aweful app!

It's great when it works. The app freezes all the time. It will even show the "close app" with "report app" option. The close app happens 9/10 times I use it. Now with the 05/24 update, it freezes & shows a spinning circle & won't scroll farther down the page. Not very happy with it. I'm hoping to uninstall the app & reinstall it again. But it's unlikely that it will help as I've tried it before. Also, when you hit the back button or arrow to go back, it goes back to the home search. 😠
