Terrible company to do prescription business through. System issues, completely separate from your healthcare coverage. Don't recommend at all.

Spoke with a representative Amanda regarding a certain medication and she was very knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and friendly.

Had a previous version of the app. Worked great! Update happened and I was unable to log in. The Navitus folks reached out to me for more information and were able to find the issue and help me correct it. GREAT SERVICE!
