Ratings and reviews

It has great filters and I love the sorting, but it's weird that it limits the lowest price even though there are properties below that price. For example, it won't let me go below $1600 but then a bunch of properties appear for $1200. For nightly prices, it jumps from 0 to 200 and for total stay prices it jumps from 0 to 800, so Airbnb's price range tool is much better since it's more specific. I also wish the main listing pic was larger like on Airbnb.

Not sure when the issue happened, but I think it was likely around incorporating the "One Key" I've found the the app is unreliable and I'm unable to even "sign in" as I keep being asked to sign in just to get into my inbox. I can't even modify my existing reservation because I keep getting asked to sign in and it seems to be stuck in a loop.

Update 5/26/24: Now I can sign in, but the ability to add attachments to my messages with the owners has ceased. It came back one day, but then disappeared again. Consistency of the app would be nice. Original comment: VRBO has me stuck in a cycle of signing in. I can no longer see my future reservations. Shame it had to change after One Key.
