BAHL is not suitable at all if you heavily rely on online transactions through their mobile app. I've been using this app for some time now and hands down it's the slowest banking app I've ever come across. Everything loads slowly. User experience while transferring money and paying bills is also the worst. I was unable to pay a bill directly without having to add a payee to my account first, and it took me a while to figure it out because the app did not show any helpful messages.

If you heavily depend on online transactions through the BAHL mobile app, it may not be the most suitable option. In my experience with this app, it stands out as the slowest banking app I've encountered. The loading times for various features are consistently sluggish, making the overall user experience during money transfers and bill payments quite frustrating. Additionally, I encountered difficulties when trying to pay a bill directly, as the app lacked helpful messages.

I opened account in Al- Habib bank. I mostly do online transaction from mobile application. I download the application signup and then sign-in, they need verification so the verification process they do is very strange. First they shows to take pictures of both hands, I did that multiple times , they shows on screen verification succeed and then after few seconds they shows on screen failed. Very bad experience. Worse app. If you are application user don't open account in this bank. Thanks
