Once upon a time, this app was great. Since the last update, I have not been able to scan for points in store; scanning receipts for points are inconsistent; and acquiring check in points while in store are nearly non-existent. Both times, when I redeemed within the last two months, I have not received my rewards. I really like the app and am looking forward to using it again once the glitches are resolved.

This app is very buggy. It drains a lot of power from battery but running very slowly. Everytime it updates, it creates some other issues which you never experience. The latest update has issue with item scanning. After you scan and the ads pop up, app will freeze. You have to restart app to scan next item. This is super annoying. Also a lot of items are either not found or barcodes are incorrect. Come on, checkpoint team. Please hire some application QA guys to test then release.

Very disappointing: it rejects a large percentage of brand new receipts as having "already been scanned." And my wife is having the same problem on her phone. I've written Checkpoints 2x about this, and both times they assured me they're working on it. But after 3 months, I'm not convinced. This app doesn't pay enough to put up with this unreliability: only 1.48 cents per receipt. When we get enough points to cash out, we plan to uninstall this waste of our time and phone memory.
