The GA DCSS mobile app engages custodial and noncustodial parents in self-service options by allowing them to securely access their child support cases on any mobile device. It provides easy access to case details and general information about DCSS programs and services.

- Make Payments allows users to make child support payments, specialty payments, and fees.
- Upload Document allows users to upload verifications documents through their mobile device
- Driver’s License Release option allows noncustodial parents to submit Deferral Forms MRA, MRD, MRC, and MRE.
- Custodial parent can add, update and cancel direct deposit from their mobile device
- DCSS mobile app allows custodial parents to request case closure through the app.
- Payment History option allows users to view payments made in the last 12 months.

App is horrible! Constant crashes or freeze? Won't even load half of the time. **Update 12-21-24 as I thought the app couldn't get any worse, after the latest update, the app will not even open. Uninstalled it and reinstalled - same thing. It's hard to believe that these people cannot make a basic functioning app within 2 years. This is incredible!!!!

Worked great on my other phone. I recently got a new one, and I can't log in now. Password and username are correct. I click log in, screen flashes, and nothing. EDIT!: They offer no true advice. If you call customer service, it doesn't offer help. Just tells you what your balance is and what all you can get, change your pin on the card, and report lost or damaged cards. The email they send you is simply telling you to change all your information on the account. No true help.

I don't know what the developers did to this app, but it doesn't work at all since the last time I got an update. It's been not working almost all of 2023. I have to make my payments through a website that's not very mobile optimized. I used to be able to login, make my payment, and logout in under 5 minutes. Now, I try to login, fiddle with it for 15 minutes, just to realize it's utterly broken now, then go hunt down the payment portal online, and do it all over again. 0 stars.
