Unreliable Performance: The app frequently crashes, leaving users frustrated in the middle of their favorite shows or movies. Buffering issues are rampant, even on high-speed internet connections, making the viewing experience choppy and unenjoyable. Poor User Interface: The app's interface is cluttered and unintuitive. Finding content is a cumbersome process, with poor search functionality and disorganized categories. Navigation feels like a chore rather than a seamless experience.

Jarring! The downloads are pretty slow. If multiple episodes are selected, they don't download one after the other. You have to start each download. Then the episode expires if you leave it for 2-3 hours, though as per policy, it shouldn't expire for 48 hours. The video quality for the size of file is nood good. Play doesn't resume from where it was left. Looks like an amateur app. 2 stars only for the selection of titles. I would prefer Netflix anyday over Jio if given a choice.

The app has one functionality to show. But it can't even do that properly. Seems the app is designed keeping portrait mode in mind. The moment one rotates to landscape or full screen mode, the brightness dips to a level one has to squint to actually see and the best part is the phones don't even allow user to manually increase the brightness. The reasoning for this is absolutely bonkers.
