Constantly freezes, about half the time it doesn't work. Even if you close the app when it freezes, doesn't do a thing and it'll remain frozen when you open it up again. Cleared cache, didn't help, restart phone, didn't help. Only thing to do is go somewhere else and hope next time it works as it seems to be very inconsistent, but when it does freeze there is abolsutely nothing you can do to fix it at that given time. It's also not a new problem, been doing this for a couple years.

This app is such garbage. Reward redemption has been broken for months, can't redeem points for certain items. Cart removes items without consent before check out for some strange reason. Constantly has loading issues and cart issues. Have to constantly uninstall the app just so it does its basic functions. Also freezes a lot and when I switch apps to come back, there's a major lag when trying to get back to this app. For such a rich company it's shocking they can't do better.

This is the worst app I've used. It doesn't log in properly half the time. Redeeming points or using codes for offers doesn't work. It gets to a screen to add the offer/item to the cart and then doesn't let you proceed. It just is frozen there. I reached out to support and they said tough luck, you just have to wait for an update.
