Average experience especially as I had been on a better app earlier. Over a year or so I have been smoothly doing purchase and redemption without any issues. However, I have also been waiting for smooth sailing on STPs and SIPs. I like to have control over my portfolio rather than waiting for someone to support from backend for basic stuff e.g. PnL statement, active STPs, stp end dates etc. I have been waiting for over 6months despite their assurances these are still not implemented.

Stock ideas given by wealthy is coming only in notification format, if someone clicks then also there is no separate segment where they can see the suggestions or previous records. How can anyone always check each and every notification ? Also app homepage is full of advertising of etf and ipo repeatedly, instead provide some good features rather reselling more products. Overall app transparency is good but few things are way to bad for daily traders.

Pathetic app. NAV gets updated after 3-4 days. Taking 20 days to close the account. No one in customer service knows procedure to close it. NEELA WHO'S the RM is on leave and telling me on message that I'll check the issue.
