The payment has been deducted and its showing the status of failed payment. They don't have a proper mechanism to raise an issue .. help center is asking me to contact google payments as they don't have access.. pathetic app

I have subscribe pratiyogi darpan monthly magazine in pratiyogi darpan website. It had been more than 30 days.but I did not get any parcel. I inform this matter to their official mail ID, but they did not response. Whatever contact that they provide in website,that also not working. Now I am thinking to go for legal way to solve this problem.

Worst experience... I ordered the English edition of march 2020 , through online payment mode, but got no confirmation from their end about the order or its delivery yet, mailed them, phoned them, but they are too busy to answer i assume. Whereas the said amount for the order was deducted from my account.
