Worked great the first month or so but ever since it won't log any movement or history or update real time whatsoever. Even when I ping the unit it won't update. It only delivers notifications once in a great while - totally random. I've cleared the cache, reinstalled, checked all my settings, etc .. nothing works. And even when the tracking worked before the battery didn't last but maybe 4 or 5 days - even when not moving. Def NOT worth the purchase and ESP not the high $ monthly subscription.

No option for Kilometres and not very accurate. Why have this product available in Canada if there isn't a setting in the app to change units from miles to kilometres?

Unable to cancel this service. Only offered a phone number with an automated service that doesn't offer cancelation.
