The app dont always have enough signal to work where the charger is located problem #1 . And #2 if the app lets you scan and select your charger half the time it appears to be active. But its not connecting the relays inside to send power to your vehicle. I even tried every charger same results. Car shows charging equipment not ready. Ive called into pse many times and half the time they could not get unit remotely to send power to the vehicle and sometimes they could make it work .

Chargers don't actually work. Always get an error message after 8 seconds of "charging" then the app freaks out and doesn't let you retry the charge, so you have to close out the app completely to retry. Shell doesn't care. They're only in it for the government subsidies!!!!

Some day this might be a network big enough to merit downloading this app, but today is probably not that day, for you. It's definitely not, for me. That said, charging up with PSE's Green Power is definitely the way to go. I do, at my home. Hopefully, Greenlots, whose own app has caused me a lot of grief in the past, will work better in this implementation. Using their own app, I've many times been notified my car is charging in one of their lots when, in fact, it's not.
