The LIFE-MICACC project called "Municipalities as integrators and coordinators in adaptation to climate change" created a mobile application with the aim of providing community based information about Natural Water Retention Measures (NWRM) and provide opportunities for stakeholders to learn and share good practice and to promote the widest possible dissemination of these small-scale, nature based and cost-effective solutions. The application is basically designed for municipal employees, but can also be useful for water management and environmental experts, businesses and the general public. Through the application, users can find out existing solutions, what projects (good practices) have already been successfully implemented both in Hungary and abroad, and here they rcan eceive information about events and news related to the topic that may be of interest to them. We recommend it to all those who want to take an active role in reducing the negative effects of climate change.
