Since transitioning from the Samsung Z Fold 4 to the Samsung S24 Ultra due to screen issues, this app has been functioning satisfactorily, consistent with my initial experience. However, Stride still lacks the split-screen functionality, which hinders multitasking capabilities. The reintroduction of this feature would certainly raise the app's rating back to full five stars. In its current state, I will give this a four-star rating.

Just got developer's reply on the fix of the previous reported notes update messed up issue for the auto-mile-tracking. Just tested, and now, the map and notes are not tied together finally. Thank you! Unfortunately, all my previous info before this fix were not recoverable. Well, it is what it is. Hope this kind of issue never happen again.

Edit - Glad to hear it's resolved now, and we'll be keeping an eye on it going forward to try and avoid anything similar. For those existing entries, one thing to note is the IRS requirements mention the log only needs a "location". For those entries, marking the area the drive took place should be enough if the other info was lost.

App stops tracking miles an hour or two into the day and will erase whatever did up to that time, which doesn't really matter because at that point I'm going to end up using the record I keep in a notebook anyway. There used to be occasional issues ,but ow it's every day Wish they would fix this app. I will be looking into using a different tracker in the future
