Fixed an issue whereas the upgrade points were being added together if you weren't using them, ending up with me hilariously having 138 million points during a play test.
Fixed the fall on the tutorial. Apparently, when you fall off, you fall forever and are forced to restart the level.
Fixed Steve's momentary invulnerability. So, when Steve's armour is green, you can't be damaged.
Changed Steve's head for a pumpkin, because, you know, Halloween reasons.
