I am very disappointed with the service. My shipment has been roaming around dubai for a week. Sorted..Scheduled for Delivery..Forwarded to another hub...Sorted again...Scheduled again...it's never ending. I called and asked for it to be delivered urgently and still nothing. Not even received a call from them.

Rating the service, not just the app.. i usually receive shipments delivered by iMile, J&T, Ajex, TCS, Naqel, SMSA, even Aramex.. but only Empost asks for delivery fees which reaches AED 20 sometimes! While their app does not show any charges, my housemaid calls me while I'm at work to say some delivery guy is at the door asking for money... so frustrating.. learn from the others PLEASE. I wish i can contact the shippers to ask them to avoid Empost.
