App does a reasonable job but spoiler notifications are the worst! I woke up looking forward to watching the stage 5 replay, not having watched the stage last night - like most Australian viewers would - only to see a notification with the name of the stage winner in it. Thanks guys! Having a useful and usable app means more than just fixing bugs!

Pretty good for the most part. It's good to have on hand when you are watching live on the big screen and good for catching up on the previous stage if you go to bed before the end. Lots of helpful info, statistics and so on. I have just two issues with it. The first is that when you watch a video the screen is SUPER sensitive. Accidentally touch it and the video exits. Not a problem if its a 60 second interview but if you are near the end of a 52 minute highlights its a real hassle getting back to where you were as it doesn't remember. The other is the adds. The good news is that there aren't anywhere near as many as TdF on SBS On Demand but there are only two Skoda adds that get repeated over and over. They also tend to be very jumpy and repeat bits as they play. Overall an excellent app though.

Logical layout of UI, so info and vids are easy to find. Maps and profiles are great and updated with rider locations in real time. Rather than retaining progress though, video clips will restart with ads if you swap out of the app. It can be a bit frustrating to re-find one's place when watching a longer video. I guess this could be due to licencing/advertising obligations.
