App is very buggy. Supposedly it is used for video identification, but agents are not ewuoped with good enough equippent. Their have bad microphones which make much noise and can not hear what you are saying, hence failing your identification all the time. Autochat support gives you some button options to proceed but they do not work. The app does not recognize headphones and instead plays all it's sounds on full blast. This gives a very bad intuition getting started with a supposed broker

I've never seen a banking support so lazy and inconsistent... When you have any issues or requests they'll keep sending new people after hours/days to join the chat then the new person's wouldn't take time to catch up with the issue at hand they'll start asking you old questions you've already answered, it's 100% frustrating contacting Dukascopy support for anything especially limit increase aside that I love the app

I had to factory reset my phone, and now I can't get into my account because the newest version adds a "9" after my country code, so it logs into a new account and not the one I already have. So I always have to log in on my PC through an SMS code. Yes, I requested a phone number change on the website to fix this, but it's been a week and I'm still waiting for approval.
