Ratings and reviews

Clunky, difficult to navigate. Good luck finding the program you're trying to watch, even though you're locked into your specific region, your home page is loaded with suggestions you would never want and couldn't watch anyway because it's outside of your network. Once you do find what youre looking for; maybe it'll load, maybe not. And if it does, get ready to watch some commercials.

When I need it to work, it doesn't. Past the sign in only working on my providee network. Past the cumbersome Olympics UI where the full schedule list is the best way to browse but it's hidden. I just want to watch replays of what I miss at 3 am and I can't because of unannounced outages and buggy stream replay system than isn't reliable. I'm extremely disappointed.

Update: I'm getting logged out way too often. I can't watch impactful moments in live television because the provider login process... A) takes so long to complete each time; B) Step 2 in the provider login freezes CONSTANTLY; B2) why is this so bad for Comcast customers? Old review, 3/5, still stands: Pretty decent navigation, easy enough to read the live channel menu and programming. Would like floating picture in picture and more ways to personalize my experience.
