Все работает через одно место, совершать платежи их мастеркард за границей невозможно. Google pay включая все онлайн сервисы недоступен. Невозможно даже пополнить кошелек мбанк. И хотя у них достаточно денег, они не собираются решать эти проблемы от слова совсем
