Thank you for your feedback! We launched ID App due to legal requirements and tried to design it as simple and customer-friendly as possible. Getting used to it may take some time, but ID App makes your banking safer.

Gerne können Sie sich direkt an unsere Internetbanking Hotline (+43 590 910-6000, internetbanking@hyponoe.at, Mo-Do 8-17 Uhr, Fr 8-16 Uhr) wenden, um direkt Hilfe zu erhalten. Auch externe Faktoren wie die Internetverbindung können die App-Performance beeinflussen.

Die Hypo stellt von SMS-Pins auf die App um, weil sie die Authentifizierung angeblich sicherer macht. Ich war daher sehr verwundert, als die App mich als erstes nach meinem User und Kennwort für das Online-Banking fragte. Wenn ich diese Infos auf dem gleichen Gerät eingebe das die Pins empfängt, führt das die 2-Faktor-Authentifizierung ad absurdum und macht die Sache grundsätzlich unsicher. Ich empfehle, nach Freischaltung der App das Kennwort zu ändern. Eine andere Variante wäre mir lieber.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback! User und Kennwort sind einmalig nötig, um sicherzustellen, dass nur der berechtigte Verfüger die ID App für die jeweiligen Konten nutzt. Wenn gewünscht, können Sie das 24/7 Internetbanking am PC und die ID App am Handy, also an zwei getrennten Geräten, nutzen.
