Everything is clunky and difficult. The app is confusing, only in German, and is difficult to navigate and renew plans and add credit. I can only imagine for my friends too, since I am basically the only one in my group who can at least get by in German, even if it's not perfect. The lack of plans and actual budget options is also a drawback, especially ones that have EU wide roaming. The fact that a1 even sells plans that don't automatically include this is wild to me, since Austria is so small

App is useless, even if you log in and accept all redicilus conditions(what do you need camera for?) it's still unable to process anything, getting an actual persone over the app is almost impossible. it's menaged by forking AI, that is apart from only registering German stupid and will spin you in circles for hours. you would be better of going to the actual location or calling them.

Useless app. Every second link is not working "Entschuldigung, das hätte nicht passieren sollen". Can't access Vorteilswelt, can't access my invoices, my personal data etc. Shop client service was unable to help, online client service registered my report 2 months ago, and have not come back so far with any response.
