Bank Austria's mobile wallet app enables easy and secure payments with your smartphone at the ATM cash register.

View all your debit cards in one app:

Tip: If you enable Quick Checkout, you don't need to open the app to pay at checkout. All you have to do is wake up your cell phone and hold it up to the terminal.

With the customer program you have all your customer cards in one app:
• Add your loyalty cards to the mobile wallet app

• Access to location: Used to display the position in the CashBack partner search.
• Camera: Use only for adding loyalty cards

Ratings and reviews

As well as the VERY annoying fact that you need this app and can't use Google Pay, the app requires the BA card to be set as default before you can use it. This means I cannot have my default in Google Pay and use my BA app as needed, and am forced to switch default cards all the time. VERY inconvenient and user unfriendly. Bank Austria.....

On S22 ultra works very badly. It used to work okay (was always open in the background) but since about a month ago it is always closed in the background and every time I open it to pay starts anew which takes 5-10 seconds. Additionally, very frequently it just does not respond when I try to pay with it; it opens but does make the transaction. For this reason I switched to another bank.

Takes forever to pay. I thought it was my phone but it's the app. Switched to Google pay and everything worked instantly. Well, it's an app from Bank Austria so im not surprised. EDIT: selbst wenn "schnelles bezahlen" aktiv ist, braucht das Handy ca 3-4 mal so lange wie wenn die Google Pay app als default eingestellt ist.
