The ALDImobile app is the smarter way to manage your prepaid account on the go!
The following features are available:
o Check your account balance, view your credit expiry date and see how much data you have remaining.
o Recharge instantly with a recharge card voucher purchased from ALDI, or with your nominated credit card.
o View and update your personal information such as home address or email. Update your credit card information or choose to auto recharge.
You will need your mobile number and account password to access your information. This information is the same as used for your My ALDImobile login on our website aldimobile.com.au

I been using Aldi mobile plans for several years and am very very happy with the plans. When your signed up and your paying enough you hardly bother with the app. In recent times the Auto recharge checkbox has become a real problem, can find it easily. Every month now i have a problem with auto recharging. Please fix. This leads to the srcond problem its impossible to contact the developers in the app to tell them about issues.

2024 May. App locked for access outside Oz. So can't recharge data in Denmark or UK. STUCK. Miserable service. 2023 April, internet and phone service is getting progressively worse. I've been on this service for about 3 years now. It's the worst it's ever been, breaking up audio, drop outs, no internet. Appalling. I compared this ALDI Telstra to Boost Telstra I consistently get less bars than my wife's Telstra mobile service in Sydney. Out in the country (NSW & QLD)

Sorry for language: I'm REALLY angry. But, I can't remember EVERY PASSCODE this app expects me to know. So, I try reseting my passcode to figure it flipping out. "Oh No YoU MuSt WAiT FoR GmAIL tO cOnFiRM." So I did and clicked on the message. I REALLY THINK THEY SHOULD JUST MAKE YOU ENTER YOUR PIN AND THEY TELL YOU YOUR MOBILE NUMBER AND PASSWORD BUUUT NO. Reset password, to "remember." THEN, when I try: "Password, confirm password." 😒 PLS TAKE MY ADVICE and make it show up when entering pin 😭
