Coles app developers. Please fix your app. You need to update it again and remove the bug that stops users logging into their account after submitting their correct credentials. We keep getting this message. Unable to connect to server. I have uninstalled & re-installed your app dozens of times. I have re-registered dozens of times and I have closed out my phone dozens of times. I have phoned your call centre too many times but still no access (26 April 24). Do you want to lose customers?

Absolutely terrible app. I have been trying to log in for days and every time I get the message 'we seem to be having problems with our servers. Please try again later'. I came here to see if there was a solution but it appears everyone has some problem or other with the app (at least I'm not alone!) My experience with Coles Financial Services has been extremely poor from the very beginning. I shouldn't be surprised that their app doesn't work either. Avoid if you can.

Got a coles credit card. Tried to register and it just kept giving error messages. Live chat couldn't help. Customer Service phone line couldn't help. Just activated my card. So now have an active card with no access to things associated with it and probably the annual fee paid. I wouldn't know I can't access anything to tell me. Terrible experience. Wasted hours trying to get it working. If I had my time again I wouldn't bother.
