What is Curby?
Curby is a fun, secure and rewarding collection solution that helps you to collect new recyclables from your home keeping it out of landfill.

The process is simple: collect authorised materials in your CurbyBag and, once it’s full, tie the bag tightly and attach a CurbyTag. Scan the QR code on the Bag and then put the tagged bag inside your regular yellow lid recycling bin for collection.

The materials collected through Curby will become a valuable resource for use in manufacturing other products, chemical recycling and energy production.

After a successful trial with 2,500+ households, we are now rolling out the Curby Program to 1M Australians.

Anyone in Australia is welcome to register a future interest to join the Curby program.

Absolutely useless now !! Cannot even review let alone use !! Please investigate the faulty Curby app. It does not allow you to access the scan option for the barcodes. It also does not allow access to Q&A section. Please do not respond with fixes such as logging out or uninstall/ reinstall ... all options have been attempted and they all fail. Cannot report to system support as email "bounces back"

I love the idea and use the app. However, just about every time I use it, I have problems. I scrolled down through all the feedback and took the advice of another user who suggested logging out and in again, which I did with success. I'm a recycling stalwart, so persevered, but many people wouldn't.

Guys, this is a fab idea...and important but your app is simply dismal. I've had to reinstall several times and it worked for a while but today it stopped. I cannot scan anything...so I can't recycle the plastics. It is so upsetting as I think this is a good program to have but the maintenance is so discouraging...and is there anyone answering enquiries or running this program?? The last time I requested stickers, no one responded ☹️
