I need to reinstall this app every 2-3 months!!!! It regularly stops working all together and the only way to fix is to rei stall! You also need to get new security code every so often which is annoying. The issue is still valid. I was forced to re activate twice within about an hour. Both whilst I am in the middle of chatting with vodafone agents.... terrible!!!

Uninstall, reinstall, uninstall, reinstall... Get used to that, since you have to do it every time you want to log in, and it's been that way for years! The app is "updated" regularly, taking up ever more space on my phone, but none of the updates ever include a solution for the thing that EVERYBODY complains about in their reviews. Don't waste your time complaining direct to Vodafone either, they don't care enough about their customers to fix it, as long as you keep handing over your money.

DO NOT SET-UP FINGERPRINT LOGIN. This app becomes completely useless if you attempt to login through fingerprint recognition, you will not be able to login and it will continuously bring you back to the fingerprint login screen. If have setup fingerprint login and you are facing this issue, the only thing that worked for me is to delete and reinstall this app and to continuously ignore the set-up for fingerprint login. Hope that helps. But seriously, come on Vodafone, it's 2024 if the damn app.
