I have raised many complaints regarding unable to login via app and via web browser . The problem has not been resolved. Every time there, a new customer care executive asked to send the screenshot of the failed login. How many times do I need to send the screenshot. Just fix your aap. Please.

Not able to login I am not able to use request OTP feature. Also timer inside OTP enter screen is not working so ,resend option is also useless I went through other reviews Basically everyone is facing issue with login, And they are responding with template. Fix the issue regarding login ASAP. No point in sending email Do a basic sanity on the login . Edit 22/02/2024. Not able to login , same issue still exists It's better to remove login with OTP screen from your screen, that's just useless

I have raised minimum 20 complaint for fund switch issue last 2 years . Wasted lots of time explaining about issue to multiple people and wasting my time. They acknowledge there is a software bug but they never fix it and close it with some false promise everytime. I am planning to quit from this CHEAP service people and switch to some better one like HDFC Life where I never faced a single problem on fund switch.
