DigiPay allows you to make:

• Fast and convenient contactless payments with a mobile phone
• Fast instant card transfers to any other Bulgarian bank’s card
• Reviews of card details
• Contactless cash withdrawals with a mobile phone
• Confirmation of your e-commerce payments through biometric data or the application passcode
• Lock and unlock the card
• Inquiry features – statement of transactions, card balance and transaction limits
• All cards, issued by KBC Bank Bulgaria in one place

Register your cards easily:

• Download DigiPay Mobile Application and set your passcode.
• Complete the registration in DigiPay by following the activation steps through the mobile banking KBC Mobile Bulgaria.
• Ready to go! – all your cards are available in DigiPay.
• Choose a „default“ card you wish to use with the application. At any time you can change the default card and/or choose another card to perform a certain payment/withdrawal.

Pay contactless

• With the enrolled cards you can pay contactless with your mobile phone at all contactless POS terminals, in the same way as with a plastic card
• You only need to approach the phone to the POS terminal with lighted screen
• For amounts above 50 BGN the screen of the phone needs to be unlocked before you approach it to the POS terminal

Contactless cash withdrawal

• With DigiPay mobile wallet you can withdraw contactless at all NFC capable ATMs (contactless ATMs)
• Approach the phone to the contactless reader of the ATM and confirm the withdrawal with the PIN code of the plastic which is enrolled in the wallet

Information about transactions

• In DigiPay you receive information about the payments/withdrawals initiated with the mobile wallet. The information includes date, hour and amount of the transaction, as well as indication whether the transaction is performed using additional authentication (by screen unlock and/or application passcode).
• Information about successfully completed transaction you can obtain at the moment of the transaction when the confirmation of successfully completed payment /withdrawal is shown on the screen of the POS/ATM, or in your monthly statement.

Instant card payments

• Send money from a debit or credit card, registered in the DigiPay application to your friend’s card, issued by bank in
• Instant card payments allow the recipient to receive the funds on the card immediately.

System requirements
The application is available for clients of UBB * (exKBC Bank Bulgaria)
• DigiPay application requires Android, version 7.0 or higher
• The mobile phone on which the application is installed must have NFC functionality which needs to be switched on

Answer: Yes, this is what I initially did - I reached you by the phone without success in solving my problem, you just wasted my time and I gave you a lot of information so you can debug it ... It just stopped working. I tried to solve the problem with their support without any success despite the fact that we exchange more than 20 emails. Really disappointed from their incompetence. My previous review: Super easy to use. The option to pay more than 50lv without providing a PIN is very useful!

I had issues that came with the previous update and I couldn't confirm my online payments at all, due to an app crash. And maybe a few hours after my negative rating, the dev team released a bugfix that resolved the issue. So now I'm a satisfied customer again. Only not satisfied with the customer care service, due the fact they tried to convince me the problem was not the last update and not the app. But whatever now it's working and I'm satisfied using it so far.

I need to reinstall the app every week, because it crashes and it becomes unusable. Once I uninstall it and install it again I can use it for a couple ot days. It is getting very annoying. I told them a couple of times about this issue, but nothing has changed.
