ok, it is not perfect. but it works in most of cases

Super slow and unstable. The website forces you to use the app for messaging, but everything is Portuguese only, so it's difficult to navigate. The website can be translated automatically by the browser, but not the app. Please provide an English language option

App closes every time I try to reschedule an appointment. It completes the operation. App's messenger feature for some reason takes lots of time to show me what I typed. Website forces you to download the app to send messages.
