Play store won't let you use this app or 99 as well as a gringo your in the wrong region. Not the fault of the app.you have to get some one to set you up a Brazilian. Blame it on play store not the app

Não aceita número de celular de fora do Brasil,então turistas aqui não podem se registrar mesmo que sejam brasileiros com fone internacional.
