The new update is TERRIBLE. I hate having to scroll through multiple accounts just to find the ones I use the most, ex chequing and savings. It's so awkward to navigate, and not intuitive. The only good thing to come out of it is the biometrics login but I'd give that up for an app that had a reasonable layout.

The new update is horrible. Way too many sub sections now to do a simple transaction. The removal of being able to favorite certain accounts so you could see the balance without having to sign in is also an annoyance. The old layout was superior in every way, I don't understand why things have to be changed for the worse if there's nothing wrong with them in the first place.

Recently made the app worse for sending etransfers. No where in the prior confirm details or in the after pdf does it show the email address or phone number it was sent to. This is a huge issue. I am angry with the incompetence of this bank. Can't screenshot the etransfer details on one screen. The etransfer shortcuts are nice new feature, but doesn't make up for all the other issues. The login process is worse. I think I just need to use a better bank. Unbelievably disappointed in Servus.
