The My Account app lets you manage your account 24/7 from your phone. Pay your bill, check your usage, grab a travel pass and so much more.

"My Account" is a stupid name for the app. I can never find it on my list of apps. I use it once a year. It should be called "Virgin plus" not " My account". That isn't name of the app. Why would you use that as a name? I just downloaded it again and I can assure you it comes up "my account" in my app drawer, which makes it difficult to find because the app drawer is listed alphabetical, and this comes up under M not V. ( I keep editing this cause Virgin just doesn't get it).

Hey Member! It's actually Virginplus my account. So, the logo itself will show as Virginplus and right below the logo it will show you my account. This app used to work. I don't know what you did to it but I haven't been able to log in for months. When I contacted customer support I was told it was undergoing maintenance and would be good to use within 24hrs. That was about three weeks ago. I still can't log in. Garbage

Omg... I came back to Virgin mobile after years, they use to have so many glitches. Now it's worse than I remembered. #111 doesnt work anymore. I cant suse my debit Mastercard to pay (which is dumb). When I buy a top up card, I have to speak to an operator because there is not way to do it through the app. You have to go out of your way to make an app this terrible.
