New Update ... cannot Login and access my account anymore.. email+sms login Error. I was able to use the app without any problems the day before the update. On browser everything works. Number is registered. Solution: The Android-App apparently cannot be first setup (login/register) with the duckduckgo browser set as default. > it works with chrome. Thanks for the quick support :)

Hallo René S, vielen Dank für deine Rückmeldung. Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten: - zuerst den Cache und Cookies löschen, danach App de- und wieder neu installieren. Oder - den Standart-Browser ändern und danach die App neu installieren. Magst du das mal bitte testen?

In the newer version of app, could not find the option to quit the current contract. Had to call customer care and they removed the contact immediately instead of at the end of contract day. Moreover, customer care was not able to assist for the newer version of thr app. And automatically day's data plan got activated as mobile data was activated, when i am sitting at home in WiFi for the whole day. Dont know what O2 wants to achieve.

Hier über den Play Store haben wir leider keine Möglichkeit deine Kundendaten einzusehen.

This app is a scam because I bought a data packet through it and at the end never wasn't activated at all. I'm writing this review with free WiFi. Also the customer service is the worst, first in the O2 Shop, then I call them in English in one number then they recommended to call the other number and then they told me to solve through chat but I attempted online and also they said call in the hotline, what a big contradiction! I will change my operator with cheaper price.
