It's now been almost a week since I could get a bike. I called customer support because of the issue, and they told me that there is an issue with samsung phones and that some of them couldnt unlock bikes. I would like to know when this issue will be fixed. And I would also like to know if you can connect your swisspass to publibike so I can use my card instead of the app.

They couldn't resolve a technical issue on their side for a month and I could not use the service for this time. They offered me compensation (since I was subscribed) first, but I haven't heard back since. Would not recommend them. Yeah the 'chat' is also a very useful feature where I can chat with a bot for a few minutes just so it can transfer me to a human who would contact me in 10 days or something like that. I have never heard back from this representative.

Very useful bike rental in Switzerland. The customer service and how they handle customer inquiries is very bad though - no customer centricity. Lost CHF 200 since they did not inform me about a change of an abo and they also refuse to repay any costs for rentals where the trip was not ended correctly.
