Ratings and reviews

Doesn't synch data with Fitbit regularly at all. You have to open both apps, and wait with FitDays open for a long time while refreshing. The app itself is clunky and the UI/UX is something from the mid 2000's with garish colors and buttons that don't look like buttons, with no way to change the theme. Works okay as a tracker itself, with trend lines that are neat, but I wish my scale would connect to another app.

Often the app will not connect to the scale. My entire reason for purchasing this scale was to automatically report my readings to my health apps and this app rarely if ever will share information with any of the apps it is supposed to share information with. Those listed are Samsung Health, Google Fit and Fitbit. It has connected with them two times in the first week of having it. I'm very disappointed.

The scale firmware updates and rolls back every time. Terrible product. Can't recommend. Support couldn't explain how ideal age is calculated, suggested updating my app to a version that doesn't exist in the store and abandoned my ticket. They appear to have several apps that do the same thing and they all provide different readings from the same scale. I just can't recommend this app or product as a result.
